Position: Japanese Marketing Senior Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Eastwood, QC
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 95,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set up

Requirements:
🛑JLPT N1 - N2 Passer or Level
🛑Preferably with Japanese Bilingual BPO work experience
🛑Work experience in Digital Marketing will be a big plus
🛑Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel) / Spreadsheet
🛑The ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strict deadlines and short turnaround times.

Responsibilities:
🔴Collaborate with stakeholder groups to clarify their approaches.
🔴Provide written performance reports and consult with client stakeholders about the outcomes.
🔴Maintain relationships with stakeholders by creating and disseminating performance reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
🔴Organise and take part in regular customer meetings to make sure they are satisfied and to discuss escalated issues.
🔴Collaborate together with our internal management team to create and uphold standard operating procedures for the tasks performed and pinpoint process improvement opportunities.
