Requirements:
✅Korean national proficient in English
✅Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any related courses
✅With 1 year experience as a AI Designer, UXI designer
✅With 1- 3 years experience as a Customer Service
✅Experience with Cloud platforms such as Google cloud platform or AWS is a plus
✅Familiarity in Dialog flow CX is a plus
✅Willing to work in Armenia or Angola
✅Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
✅Responsible to design and customize the chatbot service of the company
✅Test the virtual agent daily and aim to provide better resolution to customers inquiries
✅Responsible to research and implement proper responses and automate to provide first contact to the customers
✅Help to identify the possible causes and provide immediate solution during the incident
✅Contribute to significant ideas to make the application be better an easy to use
