✅Experience to work in BPO company is an advantage
✅Willing to work in shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
✅Responsible to deliver outstanding customer service to customers
✅Responsible to ensure key performance and company expectations are met
✅Create and develop customer service procedures and programs
✅Maintain lasting relationship to customers
✅Continuous improvement of company procedures to ensure efficacy of service
✅Responsible to manage the information flow of the team and other departments, including the product development and customer service
