JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🔶Korean National proficient in English
🔶Bachelor degree graduate of any course
🔶With 6 years experience as a Customer Service Supervisor
🔶Experience to work in BPO Company is an advantage
🔶Willing to work in shifting schedule
🔶Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
🔶Responsible to train new hires and make sure to equip with quality training program
🔶Coaching and mentoring Korean agents to improve their performance
🔶Drive and motivate team members to meet required results and provide excellent performance
🔶Resolving complaints or 2nd level escalations and providing most effective solutions
🔶Respond to customers concerns through call, email, chat promptly
