Position: Workforce Analyst

Work Schedule: Shifting work schedule
Salary: Php 25,000-Php 35,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Open to College Undergraduates
✨ With experience in BPO or Non-BPO companies
✨ At least 6 months to 1 year RTA experience
✨ Amendable to attend online or face to face interview
✨ Amendable to work in any shift schedule once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Required to follow the planned data collection, including the types of data and time of data.
✨ Automate reports to reduce inefficiencies by designing macros
✨ In charge of creating performance reports, offering advice and suggestions for reporting, and doing analysis based on performance patterns.
✨ Gives the WFM team ideas for intraday reports that improve team productivity and support operations performance.
✨ Give other WFM members, particularly new ones, trainings and knowledge transfer sessions on WFM tools and function as go-to person when there are inquiries arise from RTAs and Operations.
