Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 90,000- Php 120,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ With 7-years overall workforce management
✨ At least 5-years supervisory/ management experience
✨ Amendable to attend online or face to face interview
✨ Amendable to work in any shift schedule once requested.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Responsible in managing internal and external audit with processes and controls.
✨ Provide solutions to escalated issues and updates.
✨ Serve as the workforce management department's representative for client calls, customer presentations, and quarterly business evaluations.
✨ Responsible for driving corporate initiatives, delivery of metrics and optimal performance of the group through continuous interaction with stakeholders with the intent of achieving contractual objectives and corporate goals
✨ Accountable for overseeing the performance of all employees reporting directly or indirectly under him / her.
