Position: Japanese Order to Cash Analyst
Industry: BPO IT Industry
Location: Mckinley, Taguig
Salary: Php70,000 – Php100,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Set up

Job Requirements:
🎯 Filipino who can speak Japanese (JLPT N1 - N3 passer)
🎯 Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting
🎯 Open for fresh graduates
🎯 Accounting background is an advantage
🎯 Order to cash, accounts payable and accounts receivables background is an advantage but not required

Job Responsibilities:
💓Ensure accurate billings are sent to customers
💓Ensure correct delivery of billing to clients
💓Review payments of clients and check if there are discrepancy
💓Work with onshore and offshore teams
💓Responsible for gathering, documenting, organising, and displaying important financial information in order to evaluate the business's performance.
💓Responsible for monitoring the monthly financial account analysis and reconciliations, analyses financial data, generating reports, and confirming accuracy.
💓Manage to perform the company financial transaction.
💓Examining potential conflicts between the needs for customer information and bills.
💓Coordinate with Japanese OTCs in Japan
