REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin
☑️Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
☑️College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
☑️With at least 6 months to 1 year above IT Service Desk experience
☑️Knowledge in Basic troubleshooting and Knowledge in using ServiceNow.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️Should be able to handle calls, chats & web tickets in English and respective languages (Mandarin)
☑️Troubleshoot IT issues reported by end users and resolve the ticket
☑️Capture necessary details in the ticket and assign unresolved issues to the next level of support
☑️Opens, logs, prioritizes, assigns, and closes calls logged in the ITSM tool
☑️Prior knowledge in Service Now, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, Cloud desktop troubleshooting is an added advantage
