Requirements:
✅Korean National Fluent in English
✅Must be Bachelor's Degree graduate or Undergraduate
✅With experience 1 to 2 years in Customer Service Support
✅With knowledge using SAP System is a plus
✅With Knowledge in order processing
✅Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
✅Responsible to process product orders from customers
✅Responsible to monitor and address inquiries or product concerns
✅Answer calls and emails in a proper manner
✅Monitoring the purchased orders if delivered on time
✅Issue invoice to customers
✅Responsible to maintain accurate records of their orders until shipment
