Position: Mandarin Event Planning Specialist
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends Off (9 AM- 6PM)
Set-up: Work on-site | 2 days off

Requirements:
✅ Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Tagalog.
✅ Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
✅ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and meet the needs of clients and participants
✅ Passion for events, creativity and basic networking skills can be beneficial for establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other event-related partners.

Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in the development and execution of event plans and timelines. Coordinate logistical details.
✅ Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
✅ Help in the ingress and egress efforts of the team. Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations. Assist in addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during events.
✅ Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather event requirements.
✅ Help maintain clear and consistent communication with all departments and stakeholders.
✅ Handling timetables, meetings, and post-event tasks within the realm of event coordination.
✅ Organize and maintain guest lists, contact databases, and any other necessary information.
