Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant
Company Industry: I-Gaming Company
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Salary: Php 80,000-Php 120,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin
✨Conversational in English and can speak Korean is an advantage
✨Has time management skills
✨Having 1 year of Executive assistant experience is an advantage
✨Open to shifting schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨Primary point of contact in all aspects pertaining to the needs and expectations of the CEO.
✨Support the CEO to achieve his goal in a timely manner through proper meeting management & task management.
✨Meeting Minutes taker, sending of meeting minutes on time.
✨Monitor tasks assigned to manager/direct reports.
✨Escalate any task with issues through incident management.
