Salary Offer: Php30,000 - Php 35,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🤝Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
🤝Technical support experience related to computer applications or IT.
🤝Familiarity with cloud-based software (SaaS).
🤝Prior experience in a call center environment.
🤝Strong proficiency in English.
🤝Ability to work a night shift schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

📢Execute tasks and assignments as outlined by the project.
📢Perform quality checks on researched data and information.
📢Address client communications and concerns promptly.
