Position: Mandarin Operation Associate
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends Off (9 AM- 6PM)
Set-up: Work on-site | 2 days off

Requirements:
✅ Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Tagalog.
✅ Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Advanced leadership and team management skills is an advantage

Responsibilities:
✅ Assist with planning events; carry out events, analyze them, and summarize their effectiveness.
✅ In charge of overseeing data monitoring, reporting, and data-driven optimization.
✅ Supports daily monitoring and management of product operations
✅ Gathering and collecting feedback from user's experience.
