Position: Mandarin HR Operations Assistant (Fixed Dayshift)
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Negotiable
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends Off (9 AM- 6PM)
Set-up: Work on-site | 2 days off

Requirements:
✅ Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Tagalog.
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
✅ With excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal and problem- solving skills.
✅ With strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in planning events; Carry out events, analyze them, and summarize their effectiveness.
✅ In charge of managing data monitoring, reporting, and optimizing based on data.
✅ Provides consistent oversight and handling of product activities on a daily basis
✅ Gathering and collecting feedback from user's experience.
✅ Responsible for various administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and helping with recruitment, payroll processes and documentation
