Requirements of the job:
✅Filipino who can speak basic to conversational Korean language
✅Can speak, read and write Korean language (basic or daily conversation in travel)
✅Has ability to do customer service via chat and email
✅Can speak English as well
✅Willing to undergo training about travel terms
✅Graduate of any course
✅Highschool or college graduates
✅Male and Female
✅No age limit or gender preferences
✅Willing to do customer service to airline customers

Responsibilities:
✅Management of Korean concerns through phone calls, chat, and email
✅Assist in processing of booking and rebooking of flights
✅Assisting Koreans with emergency concerns and issues for Airline account
✅Provide information for inquiries and make sure they are addressed properly
