Position: Mandarin Accounts Payable

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 90,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid set-up (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Proficient in Mandarin and English
✨ Bachelor`s degree in Finance or accounting-related studies.
✨ At least 2-5 years experience in the end-to-end process of Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay
✨ Extensive AP experience in another Shared Service center/BPO is an advantage
✨ Preferably with experience in process migrations
✨ Hands-on experience in SAP

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨ Performs bank administrative tasks (bank token, set up of bank access, coordinating with the bank on any issues and concerns regarding bank access)
✨ Approve outgoing payments on time in the bank;
✨ Initiate and ensure timely bank outgoing payments (intercompany, third-party vendors, employee claims/benefits)
✨ Support manual payment run in the SAP Hana system.
✨ Process outgoing payments via manual input in the bank as per the ticket raised.
✨ Create, maintain, and update process descriptions/manuals.
✨Checks Critical vendor list on a monthly basis and ensures to pay on time
