Requirements:
✅Open for Korean nationals can speak in English fluently
✅With at least a year quality assurance role (BPO-related experience is highly preferred but not required)
✅Experience in customer service is a plus
✅Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
✅Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
✅Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
✅Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
✅Participate in call calibrations and meetings
✅Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
✅Provide feedback for improvements
✅Monitor the performance of team members
