Position: French Customer Travel Support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Preferably Filipino nationals who can speak French and English language on a conversational level
➤ Open for Filipino or Foreign national who has a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤ Degree Holder in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
➤ Customer driven personality. Problem solver and not complainer
➤ Excellent oral and written communication skills
➤ Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
➤ Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Account management of company’s accounts consisting from but not limited to the French and English speaking accounts
➤ Concluding sales of the inquiries with preparation of travel documents
➤ Input of all relevant data into system, overseeing sending of invoices and payments to suppliers, follow-up payments if necessary in coordination with accounting department
➤ Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
➤ Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
➤ Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
