Position: Quality Assurance Analyst (earn up to Php 60,000)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
✨ With 2-3 years’ work experience in Quality Assurance in BPO industries
✨ Amendable to attend face to face interview
✨ Amendable to work on site
✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✨ Analyze call monitoring data to identify trends and provide useful information to enhance overall quality and support strategic decision-making.
✨ Create reports based on the outcome of quality assurance and provide helpful feedback to vendors and recognize areas for improvement.
✨ Review and evaluate call monitoring and analysis reports provided by vendor QA teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
✨ Maintaining the greatest possible level of service quality requires regularly reviewing and updating QA procedures to meet changing business requirements.
✨ Formulate clear and measurable vendor evaluation standards to guarantee compliance with business quality goals.
