JOB REQUIREMENT:
✨ Bachelor's degree
✨ At least 3 years of working experience as Operations Manager
✨ With a total of working experience in a BPO Company.
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview - 1 day hiring process.
✨ Can start as possible is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Help the Senior Service Delivery management team set up, monitor, track, and improve KPIs and SLAs for all teams and accounts.
✨Help the management team responsible for Senior Service Delivery with goals, procedures, activities, and opportunities for process improvement.
✨Oversee several teams in the e-commerce, customer care, and technical support industries.
✨Collaborate with Work Force Manager/RTA to meet the scheduling requirements of different accounts
✨Promote Process Excellence by starting projects that will benefit the firm or account in terms of Key Customer Related Processes and Process Documentation.
✨Guide and prepare Group Leader for promotion to the next level of responsibility
✨Show a strong interest in the client's operations and business to guarantee quality and support the company's expansion.
