Requirements:
• Filipino National fluent in Indonesian and English

Responsibilities:
•Assist clients in software and hardware related concerns through email, chats and calls with the use of supported scripts and procedures
•Respond to clients inquiries regarding the technical issues encountered
•Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
•Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
