Company Profile: One of the world largest ophthalmic companies. The company manufactures lenses for eyeglasses for eye protection and solutions to correct the eyesight.
Position: Thai Accounts Receivable Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Dayshift but Fixed weekends off
Salary: Php 100,000-Php120,000
Work set-up: Hybrid work set -up
Qualifications:
✔Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language and English
✔Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accountancy is an advantage
✔At least have a year experience in Accounts Receivable or any accounting related job
✔Work experience in Shared service companies is an advantage
✔Good in Excel
Duties:
✔Responsible in processing all the accounts receivable transactions of the company
✔Generating invoices and account statements
✔Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
✔Performing account reconciliations.
✔Responsible for the printing and sending of reviewed invoices to customer
✔Resolving clients’ billing issues
