Position: Asset Management Manager
Company Industry: Hotel and Casino Company
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00am-6:00pm)
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 85,000
Work Set Up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Finance or related field
✨ With working experience in asset management or financial analysis
✨ Can start immediately is an advantage
✨ Amendable to attend face-to-face interview when requested
✨ Amendable to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Manage the company’s asset portfolio and ensure assets are aligned with corporate objectives.
✨ Responsible for regular updates on asset performance and perform effective financial analysis.
✨ Responsible for identify and reduce risks associated with asset management.
✨ Collaborate with other department for effectively use and maintenance of assets.
✨ Responsible for technological advancements and market trends to enhance asset management procedures.
