Position: Japanese Sales & Operation Specialist

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Dayoff - Sunday

Job Requirements
✔️Open to graduates of any 4-year Bachelor's degree.
✔️Good command of both English and Nihongo
✔️Open to JLPT N1/N2 N3 Passers.
✔️Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to meet stakeholder needs.
✔️Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Office 365
✔️With good customer service skills and strong work ethics
✔️Open candidates that are located in Abroad but willing to relocate in the Philippines
✔️Willing to report onsite ( BGC )

Job Responsibilities
✔️Create travel arrangements with organization-authorized flight, vehicle, hotel, and ground transportation providers in the most cost-effective manner feasible.
✔️Regular updates are made to all airline laws and regulations, as well as air rates and other industry requirements.
✔️Responsible for hotel bookings and ensuring that all hotel arrangements and privileges are in place prior to the arrival of guests.
✔️Always organize, update and share important information and utilize it for sales activities with team members.
✔️With the guidance of a superior, make prompt and effective tour arrangements to meet customer requests.
✔️Be aware of the progress of each task and always carry out tasks in a timely and scheduled manner.
