JOB DETAILS :
Clients Profile: A Food distributor company in the Philippines for hotels, supermarkets and restaurants.
✅Position: Sushi Chef
✅Industry: Food / Distributor Industry
✅Location: Taguig City
✅Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
✅Salary Bracket: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000
✅Work Setup: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🤝At least 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Sushi Chief
🤝Experience in Food/Manufacturing Industry
🤝Creating a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish (Salmon, tuna, unigiri)
🤝Preparing all types of Sushi including Maki, Nigiri, and Sashimi
🤝Can create Japanese foods.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🤝Responsible for selecting fresh fruits and vegetables to make high quality dishes
🤝Proper method of preparing raw fish.
🤝Cuts components into precisely shaped strips.
🤝Produces perfectly shaped and consistent sushi rice.
🤝Oversees the preservation of meat, including salmon, tuna, eels, crab, and vegetables.
