Position: Japanese Travel Specialist
Industry: Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php30,000 - Php50,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM – 6:12 PM | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
Work Setup: Work Onsite

Requirements:
🌼JLPT N1 - N3 Passer/Level
🌼Bachelor degree holder in any field
🌼Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage but not required
🌼Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
🌼Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
🌼At least 6 month extensive experience in customer services/hospitality.

Responsibilities:
🌼Handle inquiries and bookings from Japanese and English speaking accounts.
🌼Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to travelers
🌼Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
🌼Handling of emergency calls (24 hrs. emergency phone)
🌼Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into Japanese
🌼Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
🌼Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the Company.
