Schedule: Dayshift Schedule

Requirements:
🟡Open to JLPT N3 Passer or Level
🟡 Bachelor’s degree in any course
🟡No relevant experience required
🟡Translation documents experience is big advantage but not required
🟡 Open to fresh graduates
🟡 Can work ASAP

Responsibilities:
🔴Handle queries and clarifications of any operational/ technical & process related issue.
🔴Understand customer’s concerns & issues and resolve the same.
🔴Work and coordinate with team members
🔴To keep knowledgeable with any updates applicable to policies/regulations/compliances
🔴 Manage compliance requirements for Processes, functions, organization and Client.
