JOB REQUIREMENT:
✨Open for Highschool graduates, Non-Bachelors Degree holder and Bachelors Degree holder.
✨At least 2-3 years of working experience in BPO industry or Finance Industry in a Customer call job.
✨ Amenable to be train on site
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨ Amenable to work on a shifting/rotational work schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Make sure that clients are resolved on their first call by consistently utilizing the tools and resources available.
✨ Quickly and effectively respond to consumer questions by learning about their requirements, figuring out the underlying issue, and offering a suitable and long-lasting solution.
✨Become brand ambassadors by giving clients the greatest voice experience possible in an effort to increase sales.
✨ Uphold a professional workplace while fulfilling necessary KPIs and targets related to risk, finances, and customers.
✨ You may rapidly increase your financial literacy knowledge with ongoing official training and management oversight.
