Position: Japanese Application Developer (SAP ABAP HANA)
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan (Can speak basic English)
➤ Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
➤ Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)
➤ Must be able to speak basic English
➤ Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
➤ JLPT Certificate are not required but it is a big advantage
➤ Must have a technical language and knowledge of ABAP on HANA development
➤ The Main requirement is doing software development on the required language skills SAP ABAP on HANA development, HANA CDS Views
➤ Open to apply who have experience in these other related SAP skills: Reports (ALV, Interactive ALV, etc), Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, etc), Enhancements (UserExits, CustomerExits, BADI, etc), Forms (SAPScripts, SmartForms, AdobeForms, etc)
➤ Willingness to work in both main sites which are in Manila or Cebu
➤ The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
➤ Applicants located in Japan can apply
➤ Salary is Negotiable

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and applications
➤ Design, code, test, and implement SAP modules and applications
➤ Work closely with functional teams to understand their requirements
➤ Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
➤ Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and implementation
➤ Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices
➤ Ensure systems are running efficiently and effectively
➤ Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are met
➤ Document technical specifications and development processes
➤ Perform system testing and validation procedures
➤ Optimize and enhance existing SAP applications
➤ Involvement in project work for various SAP modules
➤ Assist in the planning and execution of SAP upgrades and migrations
➤ Providing technical input to projects delivering SAP changes to support initial project planning and estimation process
