Position: Japanese Flight Booking Specialist
Industry: Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 50,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM – 6:12 PM | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
Work Setup: Work Onsite

Requirements:
✔️ JLPT N1 - N3 Passer/Level
✔️ Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
✔️ Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage but not required
✔️ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
✔️ Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
✔️ At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services/hospitality.

Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle inquiries and bookings from Japanese and English speaking accounts.
✔️ Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers
✔️ Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
✔️ Handling of emergency calls (24 hrs emergency phone)
✔️ Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into Japanese
✔️ Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
✔️ Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the Company.
