Job Requirements:
✴️Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai
✴️Thai National in Philippines
✴️Bachelor’s Degree graduate
✴️Knowledgeable in ServiceNow and Basic Troubleshooting
✴️With IT Helpdesk Experience
Job Responsibilities
✴️Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
✴️Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
✴️Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
✴️Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
