Requirements:
🔸JLPT N1-N3 passer or level.
🔸Good communication Skills.
🔸Amenable to attend the face to face interview.
🔸Experience in people management
🔸Experience as an Operations Manager in Manufacturing company is an advantage

Responsibilities:
🔸Handle overall operations
🔸Provide inspired leadership for the organisation.
🔸Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
🔸Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
🔸Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
🔸Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
🔸Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
🔸Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
