Salary: Php 30.,000 - Php 50,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift & Mid Shift
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Requirements:
⭕ At least JLPT N3 - N4 Certificate (Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
⭕ Can read and understand Japanese characters
⭕ Can start to work as soon as possible
⭕ willing to work on shifting schedule even during weekends and holidays
⭕ Open to undergraduate/ Vocational or Associate

Responsibilities:
⭕ Encode data from various documents into the computer system.
⭕ Reissue requests for documents and service subscription updates are monitored.
⭕ Examines, corrects, deletes, or re-enters data to confirm entered customer and account information.
⭕ Processing of reward points issuance requests
⭕ Ensuring the operations and clients by maintaining the information's privacy
⭕ Maintaining operations policies and procedures.
