Position: Japanese Technical Account Manager
Industry: IT /Software Company
Location: Mandaluyong
Salary: Php 80,000 - 100,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Work Set-up: Remote or Hybrid
Requirements:
• Open for JLPT Passer or non -JLPT Passers
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Strong project management and client-facing skills
• Must have experience in software support roles.
• Experience in contact center
• Willing to travel in client sites as required
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent account management
• Build good relationships with clients and keep them informed of all issues/problems encountered.
• Instruct and coach clients on administration and utilisation of the company's product.
• Directly support and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
