Position: Japanese Compliance Specialist

Salary: Php 80 000 - 120,000
Schedule: Weekends off | 9:00AM -6:00PM
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Requirements:
🔰Japanese level 1, 2 (No Certification required)
🔰Bachelor’s degree preferably in legal or Law
🔰Experience in Legal, Data privacy or compliance

Responsibilities:
🔰Provide advice on general, recurring questions in the area of Compliance (e.g. Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Conflict of interest), and support Third Party Due
🔰Provide advice on general, recurring legal questions
🔰Monitoring for certain compliance risk areas
🔰Provide Data Privacy consultancy and perform elements of the global Data Privacy Management System (DPMS) for operational handling,
🔰Support and monitor the roll out and participation in LPC driven web-based trainings, support LPC driven communication campaigns and advise business and platform functions on organization and responsibilities within LPC
🔰Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
