Position: Retail Supervisor

Salary: Php 30,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Sat (Half Day)
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or any related course.
🔹 At least 1 year experience in retail management.

Responsibilities:
🔹 Supervise, train and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
🔹 Maintain accurate costs and sales information, brand standards within presentations and services and overall client satisfaction ratings for all team members.
🔹 Monitors stock levels with sales team and proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implementing purchasing plans and contacts with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
