Requirements:
• Open for Japanese National
• At Least JLPT N1-N3 Passer
• Bachelor’s Degree/Vocational Course/ Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Must have experience in customer service healthcare account or technical service representative.
• Excellent customer service skills

Duties and responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service/ technical support via phone or email and chat.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Manage and handle the inquiries of hundred patient per month
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure the orders are eligible to ship.
• Attend all meetings with other departments as required.
• Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
