Position: Japanese KYC Operations Agent
Industry: Japanese IT Consulting Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 30,000 - 40,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Shifting (Dayshift/Midshift)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
• Japanese level 3 and above is a plus but English speakers are accepted.
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, preferably in any office-related course.
• Undergraduates with BPO experience are accepted.
• At least one (1) year of work experience in customer support, customer services or other related work is preferred for this position.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


Responsibilities:
• Account verification (checking registered account information's legitimacy like email
addresses, phone number, IP addresses, duplicate registrations, birthday, etc).
• Checking Alerts for possible fraud and failed deposits.
• Checking the legitimacy of registered credit cards, card information, and card pictures.
• Data input of client's withdrawal application.
• Using an email checker to further investigate accounts that will go through verification.
• Endorsement to all departments regarding tasks done and updates regarding daily work.
• Conduct proper investigation when the need arises (e.g. suspicious pictures, etc.)
• Locate and pinpoint possible errors on Platform, Kanrigamen, Website, etc., and report them immediately to the team leader and/or superiors.
• Check emails regarding CC errors and respond through Thunderbird.
• Input suspicious accounts on Escalated Spreadsheet
