Position: Korean Online Shopping Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: P 100,000 gross
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
✅Korean national proficient in English
✅Filipino fluent in Korean language
✅Completed at least 2 years in college
✅BPO/CS experience is a great advantage
✅Knowledge in luxury fashion industry is a plus
✅Amenable work on Shifting Schedule
✅Can start asap

Responsibilities:
✅Perform order processing and closely coordinating with the Shipping department
✅Handling client requests through calls, chats and emails
✅Coordinate and provide support with the international premium clients
✅Assist clients in styling and shopping luxury brands
