Position: Japanese Insurance Warranty Support
Company Industry: Shared Service Company (German Car)
Work Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 50,000- Php 75,000 gross
Work Schedule: Dayshift (10:00 am - 7:00 pm) Fixed DayShift
Work Set-up: Onsite in Cebu headquarters

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✳️ Filipino who speak Japanese language
✳️ Can speak conversational english because coworkers are Filipino
✳️ Degree holder of any course
✳️ No JLPT required
✳️ Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Level (No JLPT Certificate Required)
✳️ Conversational level of Japanese language proficiency: reading, writing, speaking, listening
✳️ Knowledge of MS Office applications.
✳️ Having background in car is an advantage
✳️ Previous work in automotive industry is a huge advantage
✳️ Willing to undergo training and orientation
✳️ Customer Support background is a BIG PLUS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✳️ Assist Japanese clients regarding the policies covered by insurance
✳️ Collecting information such as car mode, plate number and cause of damages, reason for filing insurance and documents required
✳️ Discuss the amount coverage based on policy availed by customer
✳️ Check if the vehicle is under the insurance timeline
✳️ Explain to Japanese customers the approval of insurance coverage
✳️ Submit the documents of customer to approving team for approval
✳️ Guide customers on how to file and receive their insurance amount
✳️ Collects documents and release claims once approved
✳️ Provide great assistance to Japanese customers about their insurance
