Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (2-3 Working days onsite per week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Must be a Japanese National
✔ Open to graduates and undergraduates
✔ Preferably with at least 6 months and above BPO experience in Customer Support
✔ Willing to undergo training
✔ Willing to work in Antipolo City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔ Answer questions from Japanese Speakers about membership rates and qualifications.
✔ Assist Japanese customers how to ask to experts like doctors, mechanics and travel consultants
✔ Help Japanese Customers change passwords, use the platform and explain pay rates
✔ Explain the difference of premium members and regular members
✔ Assist Japanese with their inquiries
✔ Perform other task needed
