COMPANY PROFILE: One of the world largest ophthalmic companies. The company manufactures lenses for eyeglasses for eye protection and solutions to correct the eyesight.

Position: Korean IT Service Desk(Transportation Allowance+Meal Allowance+Saving Plans)
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000 (Basic: Php 55,000 - Php 65,000)
Location: Alabang
Schedule: Dayshift (Weekends off)
Work setup: Hybrid (with Laptop)

REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Native Korean Speaker currently living in the Philippines
✔ Open for Filipino proficient in English and Korean
✔ Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any related course
✔ With experience in IT Service Desk is an advantage
✔ With experience in Technical Support is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔ Answering incoming calls / chats/ web tickets and providing technical assistance following established procedures and guidelines.
✔ Identifies problems and opportunities for improvement with components or processes used to deliver IT solutions.
✔ Routing more advanced problems outside of established guidelines or scope to the appropriate support group.
✔ Utilization of the Knowledge base, ensuring all documented solutions are applied, following the established documentation standards, and providing feedback for necessary updates to the database.
✔ Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant IT services/ application offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, in order to provide technically accurate solutions to users.
✔ Flexibility to adapt to schedules within same shift or to a different shift in case required
