Position: Korean Customer Support Specialist
Industry: Online Gaming
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 115,000
Schedule: Shifting 2 days off
Responsibilities:
✔ Responsible for dealing with customer’s complaints and queries.
✔ Communicate with the customer through Live Chat, outbound calls, emails, and other authorized communication tools
✔ Responsible for coordinating with the Payment Team regarding customers pending transactions such as deposits and withdrawal
✔ Update records in the system
✔ Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
✔ Fluent Korean language
✔ Open for Basic English speakers
✔ Experience in customer service is an advantage
✔ Amenable to work in Makati
✔ Bachelor’s degree in any field
