IT Company/ BPO Company that specialises in information technology, financial, legal content and human resources. The company is also known to provide excellent customer service support.

Position: Japanese Bilingual Customer Support Representative
Location: Taguig City
Industry: Financial Company
Salary: Php 110,000 package monthly
Schedule: Dayshift (Weekends off) / Training (6-8 weeks + Shifting (Night)
Work-Setup: Hybrid (2 days work onsite & 3 days work from home)

Requirements:
• Excellent English and professional/business level Japanese proficiency. Preferably N2 level but not requiring certification.
• Customer Service experience in BPO/shared services setup preferred but not a requirement
• Bachelor’s degree of any course
• CAN START ASAP

Responsibilities:
• Act as front-line support for our global network of users and work hard to provide a great user experience.
• Agents are required to always conduct themselves in a professional manner and provide accurate, timely information about our applications to both internal staff and external users.
• Primarily be responsible for guiding our customers through the four-step process from adding a client to initiating a confirmation to provide the support to customers globally
• Provide first level for contact for application/Technical support, price inquiries, account management and product inquiry and walkthrough on mostly B2B interactions
