Position: Japanese Accounts Receivable Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Salary: Highly Negotiable
Schedule: Dayshift
Work set-up: Onsite

Requirement:
⭕Open to JLPT N1, N2 Passer or level
⭕Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
⭕At least 1-2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting.
⭕Experience in BPO or Shared Services is an advantage but not required
⭕With experience in ERP system
⭕Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
⭕Responsible for the printing and sending of reviewed invoices to customers
⭕Update the status of customer’s account
⭕Responsible for the Order To Cash process
⭕Ensures that all transactions including reports, reconciliations processed and done accurately
⭕Audit support by gathering all required documents requested by the auditor
