Position: Japanese Email and Chat Support
Industry: Japanese IT Company
Schedule: Shifting (3 days onsite + 4 days off /week)
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Salary: Php 25,000 - 50,000
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Requirements:
✔ Filipino fluent in Japanese and conversational in English
✔ JLPT N1 - N3 Passer or Level
✔ Graduate/undergraduate of any course
✔ With TSR/Helpdesk work experience is an advantage
✔ Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in computer
✔ Knows how to send email and make email in Japanese
Responsibilities:
✔ Communicates with Internal customer
✔ Uses email template to be sent to clients
✔ Responsible to receive Email in Japanese language
✔ A manual will be used while working
✔ To document and translate in Japanese/English
✔ Supports the customers in their technical concerns
