Position: Retail Head / Retail Supervisor

Work Location: Paranaque
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Saturday (Halfday) /8am-5pm or 9am-5pm
Salary: Php40,000
Work Set Up: Work Onsite

Job Requirements:
📌 Bachelor's degree holder
📌 Work experience in retail management
📌 Work onsite

Job Descriptions:
📌 Supervise and train employees in store maintenance.
📌 Ensure efficient and effective floor operations, customer service, coverage, and execution of visual standards.
📌 Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels
📌 Ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans, and maintain communication with suppliers.
📌 Handle all controllable cost with a view to maintaining profitability.
📌 Assist with the progress of Marketing Collateral.
📌 Maintain client satisfaction rating for all team members.
