Position: Japanese Operations Team Lead
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 100,000 - 140,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Dayshift
Work set-up: 100 % WORK ONSITE
Requirements:
🔷JLPT N1, N2 passer/level
🔷Open to college graduate or undergraduate
🔷Atleast 1 year people management experience in BPO Industry
🔷Open for 100% Office based work in QC
Responsibilities:
🔷Act as translator during calls/meetings/training/transition.
🔷Ensure all emails/DTPs are translated from Japanese to English and vise versa
🔷Ensure delivery of requirements in accordance with contractual obligations; Attend contract renewal discussions.
🔷Act as a liaison between Manila Team and Japanese Clients and be of support in building / maintaining good relationship with internal & external parties
🔷Hold trainings for analysts/team to ensure process are carried out smoothly and free of errors
🔷Communications: Email, Chats (Slack), Phone Call (face to face meetings)
🔷Receive/make phone calls to Japanese clients including Japan counterparts
