The company is one of the world’s largest providers of BPO services to business and government agencies to modernise communication processes with their clients.
Position: Japanese HR Helpdesk
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 80,000 - 100,000
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
📌 JLPT N1 - N3 Passer or Level (No Certificate Required) are welcome to apply
📌 With Good English Communication
📌 At least senior high school graduate
📌 With at least 6 months- 1 year CSR experience is a plus, but not required
📌 Must be willing to work in Pasay City
📌 Willing to work in shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
✒️ Answers telephone, e-mail, or chat queries related to HR following client policies and procedures.
✒️ Resolves telephone and chat inquiries quickly.
✒️ Assists employees and managers in the completion of appropriate forms, navigation of HR systems, processes, and policies.
✒️ Investigates any issues raised by the client's employees related to incorrect payments/incorrect records.
✒️ Provides information to employees and HR on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records.
✒️ Initiates appropriate actions as required by HR or employees. Advice on benefit plan options.
✒️ Performs other duties as assigned.
✒️ Complies with all policies and standards.
