Position: Japanese Bilingual Deal Desk Operations Analyst
Industry: Consulting Company
Salary: Php 80,000 – 100,000 gross
Location: BGC Taguig
Schedule: Dayshift (Off Saturdays and Sundays)
Work set-up: Temporary Work From Home Set - Up/Hybrid

Requirements:
⭕Can speak, read and write Japanese language
⭕Japanese level 1, 2 (No certification required)
⭕Atleast conversational in English communication skills
⭕Bachelor’s degree in finance or business preferred
⭕1-2 years in Sales or Customer Support or order management

Responsibilities:
⭕Providing guiding in Sales Team in quotations
⭕Negotiating agreement
⭕Managing deal approvals that meet specific criteria
⭕Re-configuring quotes that have errors due to system issues
⭕Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
⭕Responsible in resolving quote errors
⭕Serving as a subject matter expert on process and data reconciliation
